I consult with agencies and clients to redefine their brand expression and create branded experiences to drive engagement with stakeholders and customers. I lead design & strategy workshops, develop and produce conceptual creative, create new brand design, brand guidelines and sales materials, and create online brand experiences. 
Senior Creative Director @ Deloitte Digital JUNE 2016 – DEC 2019

Responsible for creative leadership of a team of 40 CX designers and content team, as well as client engagement, new business development, agile workflow management and budgets. Our team was immersed in human-centered design research, insight generation and creation of video content, design systems, web, AI & AR experiences.
Group Creative Director @ J. Walter Thompson SEPT 2011 - FEB 2016
Responsible for leading JWTs digital AOR accounts, which included integrated campaign creation and brand experiences. I managed creative teams consisting of ACDs, designers, writers, UX and UI designers and motion designers. Responsible for creative process and account growth to meet P&L goals as well as win new business. 
Creative Director @ Organic JUNE 2007 - MAR 2011
Responsible for leading creative for Bank of America, an $11 million dollar account which included multiple lines of business and executed over 450 projects a year with a team of 14+ creatives and technologists. I also led the Nike Canada account for a year, creating content for youth hockey. I was involved in new business development and created account growth strategies to meet P&L goals.
